An assessment of volunteering experience among the youth involves experience of the volunteers who were involved with social development projects in their respective cities/locations. The end line study dissects into the volunteering experience of the volunteers under B for Change Programmeto make an assessment of the qualitative gain of knowledge and skill development on the part of the volunteers while associating with the projects of NGOs and CSOs.
