The research study on behalf of NCPCR was conducted for reviewing the policy interventions as well as status of children of migrant families in high migrant destination states. The study was conducted in six states namely, Delhi, Gujarat, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Punjab and West Bengal for NCPCR. The study was aimed to assess the access of educational, health and nutritional services to children of migrant labourers with respect to the educational and nutritional programmes of the government such as RTE and ICDS.
