Centrally sponsored programmes and schemes were assessed in terms of reach of its benefits to the targeted population in respective districts. The team of senior professionals from CMS interacted with honourable Members of Parliament of respective districts along with senior officials at district and block levels. Community members were interviewed and discussions were held in groups to understand their opinion about the schemes, timeliness of benefit transfer/disbursal, any gaps and suggestions for improvement.
