Brief about the project: Rapid Assessment of the Functionality of FRUs and 24x7 PHCs in Chhattisgarh conducted on behalf of the German Technical Cooperation (GTZ) for the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare toevaluate the current state of operationalization and to identify ways to further improve the status of service delivery of 108 FRUs (16 District Hospitals & 92 CHCs) and 24x7 PHCs (132 PHC); total of 240 health facilities.
