Mid Term Assessment of WFP’s Livelihood Activities Programme

WFP supports poor and chronically food insecure households in remote tribal areas through provision of food in the cash-cum-food-for-work activities under the livelihood support programme. CMS social undertook the Mid-term Assessment to assess the current status of the programme, the progress against the desired goals and objectives of the programme and compare with the baseline findings. The study was carried out in two states – Orissa and Jharkhand. The sample size consisted of 1150 households each.
