In collaboration with the Government of Madhya Pradesh, WFP piloted a project in three most vulnerable districts of Madhya Pradesh - to reduce malnutrition among poor women and children. CMS social undertook a sample survey to provide an in-depth analysis of the situation in the operational area to support operational planning and to establish the basis to assess impact on completion.
