1. How this workshop can increase my potential of becoming an environmental filmmaker?
You’ll get hands on experience of high altitude filming and editing. Also the exposure to environmental issues of this ecological zone would widen your horizon as an environment filmmaker.

2. What would be the role of mentors?
You’ll work in a team of five and each group will be accompanied by its mentor. The participants and mentor ratio will be 5:1.you’ll be getting hands on experience of shooting and editing under the guidance of your mentor.

3. Will I get the participation certificate?
Yes, after completion of the workshop you’ll get participation certificate and 1 CD of your movie that can be very important part of your portfolio.

4. Will I also get the opportunity of working in the production houses of our mentors?
This workshop will open many doors of opportunities for you. However we don’t guarantee that you’ll get the opportunity of working in the production houses of our mentors

5. I am physically handicapped but working on environmental issues from a very long time. I am interested to participate if I get support from your officials and coordinator. I can produce medical certificate also. Are there any possibilities for the physically challenged people as well?
Yes. You’ll get every possible support from us. Even our organization would always love to encourage your spirit of learning.

6. What about the medical facilities on the camp?
On all our workshops your well-being is our first priority. First - aid facilities will be available for you and hospitals are not far from our base camp. Our staff constantly reviews every aspect of your adventure and our expert guides are fully conversant with the demands of traveling in high altitude.

7. I have heard that there lack of Oxygen in Bhrigu Lake. Is it right?
Anyone traveling above 10000 Ft will find little difficult to breath normally or do any kind of physical exertion immediately. It is mainly because of low level of atmospheric oxygen. But low atmospheric oxygen is absolutely not a cause to avoid BHRIGU LAKE. Within first two days you will acclimatize yourself to this low oxygen level and do things normally.

8. What kind of people should avoid high altitude film making workshop?
People with high smoking intake, emphysema, asthma, anemia, diabetes and high blood pressure should avoid visiting. Please consult your medical doctor before registering for the workshop

9. What kind of clothing should we bring?
Cotton & light woollens for October workshop and heavy woollens including down-filled wind proof upper garments for December workshop.

10. Any precautions that one must know before participating in this workshop?
High Altitude film making workshop can be undertaken by anyone in a reasonable state of health and fitness. However if you are suffering from any medical ailment please carry your specific medicines with you.

11. is some prior experience in Film making necessary for getting selected for the workshop?
Anybody 15 and above can participate. During workshop you will get to learn everything about filmmaking and editing, and also you’ll expose to high altitude environment issues.

12. Can I organise my own private group?
If the specified departure dates are not suitable, or you would like to vary the itinerary, we would be happy to devise a programme to suit your travel interests. However, as a general rule, we need a minimum of 20 people.

13. What kind of health and hygiene facilities one can expect during workshop?
We are fully aware of the healthy appetites that build up when trekking, cycling or touring and provide tasty and varied meals with plenty of fresh ingredients. On all our trips your good health is our highest priority.

14. Are there any hidden extras or surcharges?
