The study aimed at improvement of urban sanitation in Varanasi city and surrounding areas which involves usage of toilets’ by community as well as awareness and practices related to solid and liquid waste management. CMS Social conducted household surveys and collection of data and information with interaction from different stakeholders including VMC, VDA and DUDA.
