Baseline survey for Madhya Pradesh Nutrition Programme, 2011, UN World Food Programme

Brief about the project:In collaboration with the Government of Madhya Pradesh, WFP piloted a project in three most vulnerable districts of Madhya Pradesh - to reduce malnutrition among poor women and children. CMS social undertook a sample survey to provide an in-depth analysis of the situation in the operational area to support operational planning and to establish the basis to assess impact on completion.The baseline study aimed at understanding the socio-economic status along with the nutritional status of children and women. The study involves both quantitative and qualitative techniques for data collection and analysis. Under this study Anthropometric measurement and blood sample were collected for Anaemia testing.
