Follow-up of post-training service provision: A longitudinal survey of CAC-trained providers trained during FY08-FY10 in Maharashtra,Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Uttarakhand, 2011, Ipas Development Foundation

Brief about the project:Ipas India in collaboration with the state governments of five states namely, Bihar, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh,  Maharashtra  & Uttarakhand is providing full intervention support to improve the capacities of health care institutions to provide safe abortion care facilities. Objective of the study was conducting the facility follow-up assessment, a comprehensive survey of all the health facilities that received Ipas intervention. This assessment study also aims to follow-up with the master trainers (mostly professors and senior doctors of medical colleges and district hospital) to assess their involvement and identify areas of further improvement in training process. The assessment study involves survey of total 311 health facilities and 31 master trainers.
